Only registered users may submit conference application
forms and abstracts. To register on the website of the
Russian Mineralogical Society follow this link. The registration requires a
certain time because of manual control (normally, about 1 day). Therefore,
please foresee a fair time allowance when planning
participation in a conference.
Submit the
Conference Application form
When filling the Conference
Application form and submitting your abstracts please be familiarized with
the corresponding context help.
To register on a
conference,
you must: 1) sign in the
website www.minsoc.ru; 2) enter the section «Conferences & Meetings» and under
the title of the required conference
select the
link | Register to conference | The same menu link is
located on the homepage of the corresponding conference.
After that you should select the
pulldown menu «Do you come from another city/country».
In case of positive answer you may be obligated to fill
some special fields in the Conference Application form related to your
arrival/departure date and time, accommodation etc.
Attention! After submission of the Conference Application form you
can not change your status from local to nonresident or back. In case of
If it will be necessary, please apply to the Scientific Secretary of the
conference.
Having chosen your territorial
status, you will get to the conference application form. The context help necessary to fill the form you can call by pressing on a question mark in the
left side of each group of registration fields. After filling the form
press the button «Send the data to the Organizing
Committee» in the bottom of the page. Later you can edit your
conference application form (not your territorial status
«nonresident / local» !
).
After registration the system will
offer you to submit the abstract for the conference. By
clicking on the reference «Abstract Submission», you'll get to the abstract submission form.
Abstract submission
To submit an abstract you must fill
the abstract submission form and press the button «Send
the data to Organizing Committee» in the
bottom of the page. The context help necessary to fill the form you can call by pressing on
a question mark in
the left side of each group of registration fields. Later you can submit
additional abstracts, edit the abstract
submission form for each submitted abstract and upload/replace the
abstract file during all time before the
abstract submission deadline announced by Organizing Committee.
At filling the abstract submission
form you can upload a file with the abstract, but if it
is not ready yet, you can upload it later, using the personal menu «My
conferences and abstracts » (in your personal menu at the right
side of the page, active after signing in the site) and clicking the abstract title
from the list of your abstracts.
You can postpone the
submission of your abstract. If you sign in the site next time,
you can enter the abstract submission form: 1) in your personal menu
(at the top-right side of the page), menu item «My
conferences and abstracts»; 2) in the section «Conferences & Meetings» or on the homepage
of the corresponding conference. In both cases you need to choose the
menu: | submit new abstract

Using this menu you can submit an additional abstract submission form, if you
wish to submit two or more abstracts for the same
conference.
Edit the
Conference Application form and the Abstract submission form
You can edit your conference application
form: 1) in your personal menu (at the
top-right side of the page, active after signing in the site), click on
the menu item «My conferences and abstracts» and
then click on the
menu: |

of the corresponding conference, by clicking

You can edit your abstract submission form(s) and
upload/replace abstract file(s) using your personal menu (at the top-right
side of the window), then choose the menu item «My
conferences and abstracts» and click the name of the corresponding
abstract. You can also get into this section from the section «Conferences & Meetings» or from the main
page of the
corresponding conference, having chosen the

You can edit your
abstract submission form(s) and upload/replace the abstract files only before the
abstract submission deadline established by Organizing Committee of
the corresponding conference.
After your abstract file will be
uploaded on the R.M.S. website, the Organizing Committee will refer them and,
in case of its acceptation, the data of your abstract (title, author(s)
name(s), summary) will be published online. The contact author
of your abstract (the author who has submitted the Conference Application
form) receives from the Organizing Committee a notification per
e-mail.
