Results of researches of mineralogical features gold of containing ore of the Durminsky deposit are resulted. On the basis of mineralogical researches with use of modern methods of analysis of separate minerals variants of schemes hydrometallurgical and flotation extraction of gold from the persistent ore containing natural carbonaceous substance are developed.
