For quantitative evaluation of oil and gas resources of the lower Triassic, the Permian and the Devonian strata for main source- and reservoir beds in the fluid inclusion study was carried out. The fluid inclusions trapped in the rocks can assigned to seven stages corresponding to different deposition-diagenetic-tectonic stages. The thermodynamic parameters of oil and gas in the different stages have been obtained. The history of generation-migration-concentration of oil and gas in three areas has been analyzed. The primary migration was related to the abnormal pressure. The multiple migration was related to the tectonic movement.
