Abstract - Summary 
(short description):
Physical-chemical parameters of ore-forming fluids of hydrothermal Ni-Co-As deposits have been studied. The reduced highly concentrated (28-38 wt%) chloride fluids containing N2 and CH4 and significant amount of ore-forming metals were involved in the formation of Ni-Co-As mineralization. The specific features of fluid regime were low temperatures (up to 40) and elevated pressures (700-300 bars) of mineral formation environment. The evolution of these parameters in vertical has been established by the example of the two unique Khovu-Aksy (Tuva) and Bu-Azzer (Morocco) deposits. The wavy increase in temperature of the ore-forming fluids and change in their redox potential occurred during ore deposition process which is characteristic for hydrothermal Ni-Co-As deposits. The He isotope data provide evidence of the involvement of high-temperature reduced magmatogenic fluids in the ore formation, at a certain stage of the development of hydrothermal systems at Ni-Co-As deposits, and their subsequent mixing with oxidized exogenous water. The ammonia occurrence in fluids at the Bu-Azzer deposit as well as the composition of gas phase containing N2 and CH4 suggest the presence of ammonia forms of nitrogen and their derivates in ore-forming fluid.
