Abstract - Summary 
(short description):
According to Krivovichev [3] chlorites may incorporate significant Na and Ca. During mineralogical investigations of Taikeu REE-Nb occurrence (Polar Urals, Russia) we found lead-bearing mineral. This mineral was examined by optical and electron microscope, microprobe analysis, X-ray spectroscopy. Comparison of chemical analysis and unit-sell data showed that this lead-bearing mineral is closely related to chlorite. After that several experimental runs were performed to investigate the incorporation of large cations (Na, K, Pb) into chlorite structure.
