Abstract - Summary 
(short description):
Diamonds were synthesized at pressure of 21 GPa and temperature of 1500 on basis of carbon isotopes 12 13 using of diamond anvil cell with laser heating. We obtained nanodiamond, study of which were carried out in situ using the method of Raman spectroscopy. Characteristic lines of Raman spectra for nanodiamond shift at decompression of the sample (blue shift) and keep their form in quenched samples after complete decompression. At the same time peaks of common crystal diamond from the areas subjected to heating more than 2000 K as well as peaks of unchanged graphite from unheated area were obtained . Synthesis of nanodiamond was carried out at participation of melts of alkaline alumino-silicate system K2O - Na2O Al2O3 SiO2 but their role was not totally cleared up .
