The Turnbull’s criterion of homogeneous nucleation ÊÒ = ΔTm/Tm is plotted on figures with co-ordinates ÊÒ - Tm (Fig.1), and ÊÒ - Tb/Tm (Fig.2) for the set of elementary and complex substances, having various crystalline structures (1-9). The set of ÊÒ points is restricted from above by lines 1-3, and from below - by line 4, which form a convex quadrangle, divided by internal lines 5 - 8 into four sub-regions, which contain: A – low boiled elements (gases), B – low melting organic and inorganic substances, Ñ – average melted, and refractory substances with high value ÊÒ, and sub-region D – average melted, and refractory substances with low and average value ÊÒ, Fig.1. The metal crystals, which arranged on line 8 and many crystals below her, have centrosymmetric cubic structure, «O»-point group, and ones, which are upper line 8, have noncentrosymmetric, or centrosymmetric structure of potential ferroelastic state. Line 9 is a median of sub-regions B, D. The ÊÒ values increase due to Tm/Tb growth, (Fig.2). So, ÊÒ = F(Tm), ÊÒ = F(Tb/Tm) are not simple functions, but ones are fuzzy, subdefiniteness functions.
