In our work we have an attempt to explain formation mechanism of supermolecular structures SiO2, according to the data, experimentally received by monodisperse spherical silica particles synthesis.
As a result, in the system the obtained dependences of the diameters of the spherical particles, forming from the concentration of ammonia and water have oscillatory nature. It helps us to suppose the mechanism of supermolecular crystallization, as a result of hierarchical aggregation sphere of silica.
