Abstract - Summary 
(short description):
The integral parameter Kt, which includes the rate constant K and duration t of nitrogen impurity centers AB1 aggregation process is proposed as an empirical time-temperature parameter of the natural diamond genesis. An examination of plates cut from natural diamonds by FTIR microspectroscopy reveals Kt data spread for various local positions and it is shown that the dispersion observed might be caused by growth temperature variation within just 20÷80 С. Analysis of FTIR data by Kt parameter for large selections of natural diamonds from different Yakutian pipes shows the uniqueness and invariance of the probability density distribution function of diamonds on Kt parameter for each pipe. This means that the distribution function of diamonds on Kt parameter can be used as a pipe characteristic. Reconstructions of natural diamonds time-temperature growth conditions and external factors, which influence on the rate constant K are also discussed.
