Abstract - Summary (short description): | |
Electric potentials (EP) on boundary "melt-borate crystal" has been studied. It is shown that EP are equal 5-20 millivolt at crystallization of LiB3O5, and ~ 250-300 millivolt for CsLiB6O10. Period of EP fluctuation is ~ 1 -5 sec, and maximum of fluctuation - more then 20-80 microvolt for LiB3O5, and up to ~ 5 ́Â for CLBO. The other accompanied phenomena has been studied at crystallization of inorganic crystals. |
