New data on the composition of plumbopalladinite, Pd3+xPb2, are given. It is shown that the reason of the plumbopalladinite "non-stoechiometry" is presence of submicro inclusions of other Pd-Pb minerals, i.e. Pd2Pb. Results of study of minerals and their synthetic analogues are discussed.
