Abstract - Summary 
(short description):
New micro-XRF spectrometer designed by Bruker Nano for Mineralogy M4 Tornado. The instrument can measure from Na to U in range of 100% - ppm concentration. Excitation Rh tube with poly-capillary optics - high brilliance excitation with 25 mkm spot. Additionally second tube can be used with Ag, W, Mo target. SDD detector with resolution 140 eV and high throughput up to 600 000 cps output rates. Scanning, mapping, multipoint analysis.
