Abstract - Summary 
(short description):
Experimental modeling of diamond nucleation and growth processes, aimed at the studying of regularities of formation of diamond and crystallization mechanisms, was performed in carbonate, silicate, chlorides and fluid-containing media using multi-anvil apparatus BARS at P=5-7 GPa and T=1100-1900. Specificity of crystallization of diamond in reduced mantle domains was established, minimal P-T parameters of nucleation and growth of diamond were determined. Experimental modeling of metasomatic processes of mantle-crust interaction was performed on the base of decarbonation reactions and CO2 to diamond reduction by sulfides, hydrogen or wustite. It was proved, that most probably model of the formation of diamond in the lithospheric mantle is redox interactions.
