Abstract - Summary 
(short description):
We are investigated of Okhotsk sea hydrothermal formations of different genesis. Samples are lifted from a slope of a underwater volcano, from a slope of the small height located in the central part of sea of Okhotsk where obvious attributes of volcanic activity in this part of the sea it has not been established and in area considerably removed from volcanic front of Kuriles, apparently with completely other type magmatism. It is shown, that accumulation of manganese in Okhotsk sea occurs, most likely, in the form hydrooxid four- and trivalent manganese in structures of 7Å bernessite and 9.8Å buzerite-I. Mn-minerals differ and a degree of perfection of their crystal structures and associations with other minerals in depending on conditions of their crystallization. The thermal behavior of these minerals remains identical
